Over-acting award

The hosts celebrate (not criticize!) the most gloriously over-the-top performance in the movie. This isn't about bad acting – it's about an actor who cranked it up to eleven and made the movie better for it. The kind of performance where you can tell the actor is having the time of their life chewing every piece of scenery in sight.

Classic examples of over-acting always referenced on the Rewatchables are Al Pacino in 'Heat', Saul Rubinek in 'True Romance', Mark Ruffalo in 'Spotlight', and Julianne Moore in 'Magnolia'.

This category debuted in the first 'Good Will Hunting' episode.
