Director of 'Happy Gilmore' who also plays Doug the caddy in the film. Became Adam Sandler's go-to director, helming 'Big Daddy', 'Grown Ups', 'I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry', and several other Sandler comedies. Started as an actor before transitioning to directing TV and film.
