Cinematographer of 'The Warriors' who had the brilliant idea to wet the streets before shooting to create a post-rain shimmer effect that made the neon lighting look amazing. This technique was later adopted by many productions including 'Miami Vice'. Shot the entire film at night across the five boroughs of New York City.
