Also known as the "Butch's Girlfriend Award," named after the Fabienne character (played by Maria de Medeiros) in 'Pulp Fiction' – a character widely regarded as the weakest part of an otherwise perfect film. The hosts identify the biggest weak link in the movie: the performance, subplot, scene, or element that drags the film down or doesn't hold up.

This category provides balance to the podcast's generally celebratory tone. Even the most rewatchable movies have something that doesn't quite work, and this is the space to call it out.

A relatively late addition to the category lineup, it came from the The New Categories Selection Show episode in 2022.
