Sacha Baron Cohen
British comedian and writer who, beneath his characters, is a deeply thoughtful, erudite Cambridge-educated man (so jarring on the rare occasions he gives an in-character interview). Created and played Ali G, Borat Sagdiyev, and Bruno on his HBO show 'Da Ali G Show', then 'Borat' (2006), 'Brüno' (2009), 'The Dictator' (2012), and the 'Borat Subsequent Moviefilm' (2020). Lived in the Borat suit for a year and never washed it. Married to Isla Fisher. Also did serious work in 'Sweeney Todd', 'Talladega Nights', and 'The Trial of the Chicago 7'.
