American character actor (one step lower than a character actor — 'Here's your stethoscope' on ER) who became Azamat Bagatov in 'Borat' (2006) — Bill calls him 'David Tyree' for a one-moment career legacy. Speaks Armenian on screen (not the same language as Sacha's Hebrew). Pre-Borat had a Mexico City sanitation contract that went sideways and ended in bankruptcy. Audition story: did a full Armenian rant, then five minutes later walked back in normal-voiced going 'oh hey guys, I forgot my hat' — got the part on the spot.
