Doug Kenney
Co-founder of 'National Lampoon' magazine and co-writer of 'National Lampoon's Animal House' and 'Caddyshack'. Died in 1980 at age 33 under mysterious circumstances – fell from a cliff in Hawaii shortly after 'Caddyshack's release. His death was ruled accidental but many suspected suicide given his depression over the film's mixed reviews.
