Picking nits
The hosts nitpick the movie – pointing out plot holes, logical inconsistencies, continuity errors, and things that don't quite make sense if you think about them too hard. This is the category for the person who watches a movie and says "wait, how did they get from the airport to downtown in three minutes?" or "why didn't they just call the police?".
Importantly, picking nits is done with love. These are rewatchable movies, after all – the nitpicks don't ruin the film, they're just the little things you notice on your fifth or tenth viewing. Sometimes the hosts acknowledge that a nit is unfair but can't help bringing it up anyway.
This is one of the original categories present from the very first episode, 'A Few Good Men' (it was only missing from the initial 'Heat' 20-Year Anniversary Mega-Pod episode on the Bill Simmon's podcast, and the very first 5 movies, 'Any Given Sunday' through 'Jerry Maguire', considered the "Sports Movie Hall of Fame").
